StaceyCakes was inspired by all the baking I did with my mom as a young girl. Sure, we got a whole lot of help from Duncan & Betty, but the seed was planted nonetheless and my love affair with cupcakes began.

A cupcake is your very own little treat that fits perfectly in the palm of your hand. Yours & yours alone. Although, in time, I learned it’s also very sweet to share a cupcake with someone you love.

Never able to turn my back on a Hostess cupcake or a Tastykake with creamy vanilla filling, I wanted to recreate yummy treats like those I had as a girl growing up but in a wholesome way using fresh ingredients without all the rest of the not so good for you  "stuff."  Plus cupcakes are just really fun to decorate! They make me happy. I hope they do the same for you.
